Written Terms – 6 April 2020

The law has changed regarding when someone must get their written terms of employment.  As of 6 April 2020, an employer must give written terms (a ‘written statement of employment particulars’) explaining pay, working hours and other rights and responsibilities, to both employees and workers.  CLICK HERE to read the ACAS guidance published on their website.
