Vin has nearly 20 years experience of training a diverse range of HR, Management Development and Workplace Development subjects to both the public and private sectors. He is a qualified NVQ course designer, instructor and assessor within the workplace and has lectured on HR related subjects at a variety of colleges around Leicestershire.
Vin started his career working as a Personnel Assistant within Leicestershire County Council, where he gained both in-depth knowledge of HR systems and processes and completed his Institute of Personnel Management (IPM) degree.
He moved into the training arena in 1990 with Leicestershire County Council, designing and delivering Management Development courses for the Planning and Transportation Department and developing staff training and marketing initiatives for other courses.
He quickly progressed with the organisation and became Training Centre Manager where he both developed and implemented the Councils’ Career Development Scheme and National Traineeship Programs. He also became an NVQ assessor for the Administration, Customer Services, Using Information Technology and Management courses, up to and including NVQ Level 4
Vin then moved to Leicester City Council, where he designed and developed a range of Social Care Management NVQ Level 4 courses to meet the needs of the Social Services Department. He also continued to deliver his Management Development courses for all levels of the Councils’ management structure.
Vin now delivers bespoke training courses across a wide spectrum of subjects from Social Care to IT and Equality to Administration. Each course can be tailored to the individual needs of either the staff or the organisation and can be delivered either at your place of work, or on one of his scheduled training courses.
