For business owners and senior managers we can provide help and assistance with organisation downsizing and , redundancies, which are never stress-free times, either conducting the whole process or guiding you through each step to ensure that everything is above board and complies with ACAS guidelines. Additionally, we can be there to ensure that if you are buying a business under a TUPE arrangement you are protected from future claims against you from employees of the business.

We are able to provide Contracts of Employments and Employee Handbooks which are bespoke to your organisation as well as all the HR policies and procedures your business needs to ensure you comply with current employment law legislation, and that your staff know what is expected from them.

When it comes to support, we are able to offer you packages to provide either a telephone advice line or your own HR professional at arms-length to support your organisation. An opportunity to have your own in-house HR support, but without having to bear the additional overhead costs.

We can also provide a specialist HR service for the Care Sector where we have unrivalled specialist knowledge of, and experience of dealing with grievance and disciplinary issues within both POCA and POVA environments. Where safeguarding issues arise, we can liase on your behalf with all and any agencies involved in a multi-agency safeguarding investigation.
